These terms and conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between KHRONOS EDITIONS and the buyer, and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website www.khronos-editions.fr. Purchasing a product through this site implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing their order.
Before any transaction, the buyer declares, on the one hand, that the purchase of products on the site www.khronos-editions.fr is unrelated to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use, and, on the other hand, that they have full legal capacity to enter into these general terms and conditions of sale.
KHRONOS EDITIONS reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the use of its site. As a result, the applicable terms will be those in effect on the date the buyer places their order.
The products offered are those listed on the site www.khronos-editions.fr, while stocks last.
KHRONOS EDITIONS reserves the right to modify its product range at any time. Each product is presented on the website with a description covering its main technical characteristics (material, dimensions, framing, etc.).
The images are as accurate as possible but are in no way binding on KHRONOS EDITIONS.
Prices shown on the product pages of the online catalogue are in Euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), taking into account the VAT rate applicable on the day of the order. Any change in the VAT rate may be passed on to the price of the products.
KHRONOS EDITIONS reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the price shown in the catalogue on the day the order is placed will be the only price applicable to the buyer. The prices indicated do not include shipping costs, which are charged in addition to the price of the products purchased, depending on the total order amount and the destination country.
For sales outside France, the VAT of the destination country applies, at the legal rate in force in the country concerned.
To place an order, the buyer must provide their personal information or create an account on the KHRONOS EDITIONS website. The account creation section is accessible via the LOG IN button in the top banner. On each visit, if the buyer wishes to place an order or view their account (order status, profile, etc.), they will need to log in using this information.
KHRONOS EDITIONS allows the buyer to order and pay for products using the available payment methods: the buyer selects the products they wish to order in the “cart,” makes changes if needed (quantities, references, etc.), and checks the delivery address or enters a new one.
Shipping costs are then calculated and presented to the buyer.
The buyer can then securely enter their payment information. If payment is accepted, the order is recorded and the contract is definitively formed.
Confirmation of an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having full knowledge of them, and a waiver of the right to rely on the buyer’s own purchase conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. If the buyer has an email address and has provided it with their order, KHRONOS EDITIONS will send them email confirmation that their order has been recorded.

KHRONOS EDITIONS retains full ownership of the products sold until the price has been paid in full, including principal, fees, and taxes.
KHRONOS EDITIONS undertakes to package the products delivered with the greatest care.
Compliance with delivery times depends on the delivery carrier. Consequently, KHRONOS EDITIONS cannot be held liable for a delivery delay. No claim for compensation of any kind may be invoked or made by the buyer.
In the event of an error by the buyer in entering the delivery address, KHRONOS EDITIONS cannot be held liable for the inability to deliver the ordered product(s).
Upon receipt of the parcel, the buyer must check the condition of the product’s packaging and the contents of the product in the presence of the carrier. The buyer must refuse the parcel if it is damaged.
The buyer has a maximum of 7 days from receipt of the parcel, as dated by the proof of delivery, to submit any complaints to KHRONOS EDITIONS, if possible with supporting photos of the packaging, the shipping label affixed to the packaging, and the product.
Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to KHRONOS EDITIONS for exchange or refund without penalty, except for shipping and return costs.
Any request for a return or exchange must be made through our contact form.
The item must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, stating the order number, to the KHRONOS EDITIONS address. Items returned damaged, spoiled, soiled, or incomplete cannot be accepted.
Reimbursement of the price of the returned item (excluding delivery costs), provided it is in conforming, new condition, will be made within 30 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the distance selling process, KHRONOS EDITIONS is bound only by a best-efforts obligation. It cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet, such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption, or other unintentional issues.
